Cheeseburger Sliders

These easy cheeseburger sliders are the perfect game-day snack or weeknight dinner! Made with juicy ground beef, melty American cheese, and soft Hawaiian rolls, they come together quickly and bake to golden perfection. Perfect for feeding a crowd with minimal effort!

Makes 12 sliders

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12-pack Hawaiian dinner rolls or mini buns of your choice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • choice of toppings (see below)

Instructions:

  1. Form the beef into 12 equally sized patties. Season on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  2. Cook the beef patties to the desired doneness in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. In the meantime, prepare your toppings. Crisp bacon if using, cut cheese slices in half, or prepare your grilled onions.
  4. Assemble sliders: bottom half of slider bun, beef patty, cheese, optional toppings, top bun.
  5. If needed, warm sliders in the oven for 3-5 minutes to get the cheese good and melty.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
