Eggnog French Toast

What you need

• 4 Smith Brothers Eggs
• Smith Brothers Unsalted Butter
• 1 cup Smith Brothers Eggnog
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract or rum extract
• 10-12 slices of Franz Bakery Old-Fashioned White Bread

For serving:

• Maple syrup
• Powdered sugar
• Fruit

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, eggnog, sugar, and vanilla extract together.
2. Preheat and lightly grease the griddle with butter.
3. Dip each slice of bread, being sure to coat each side thoroughly.
4. Cook on the griddle until golden brown on both sides, about 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar and fruit.
