Raspberry Cottage Cheese Smoothie

Raspberry Cottage Cheese Smoothie
Yields: 1 serving
What you need
- ½ cup fresh (or frozen, thawed) raspberries
- ½ cup Smith Brothers Farms Low Fat Milk
- 2/3 cup Smith Brothers Farms Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- ½ medium avocado
- ½ large ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
