A great alternative to hot chocolate, milk steamers are a wonderful treat for the kids. It’s simply steamed milk and flavored syrup, and if you’re feeling indulgent, finished with whipped cream.
Milk Steamer
Serves: 1
What you need
- 1 cup Smith Brothers Farms Whole Milk, or your preferred dairy alternative
- 1-1/2 oz. flavored syrup
- Whipped cream, cocoa, cinnamon, marshmallows *optional
Instructions
In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low heat until steaming, stirring constantly.
Add the flavored syrup to the bottom of a large mug and pour the steamed milk into the mug and stir.
Finish with your favorite toppings.
