What’s your favorite product? Peach and Marionberry Yogurt, and Strawberry Milk when it's available

What’s your favorite way to spend a day off Hanging with the kids or golfing

What’s your favorite thing to do in the Pacific Northwest? Golf or go up to our cabin at Lake Cavanaugh

What’s your proudest accomplishment? My children and graduating from UW

What’s your hidden talent or hobby? Dancing like Usher

What would you sing at karaoke night? Drink You Away by Justin Timberlake

What was your first job? Target Cart Attendant

Is there anything else you would want customers to know about you? I LOVE the Seahawks and all things Huskies

We LOVE our milk man Austin!
He always leaves our delivery stacked perfectly and tidy in our box and we can always expect him around the same time every Tuesday!
He delivered our order today even with 5+inches of snow on the ground and the main entrance to our neighborhood being blocked from a spin out causing people to have to find side entrances!
We also left him a small gift in our milk box for Christmas and he actually went back to his truck to write us a hand written thank you note to leave us un return which might seem like no big deal to most but manners are everything and now-a-days most people forget manners often so it really meant alot even though we didn't expect a thank you.

Austin, hi.
I’d like to change our delivery date  once a month every 3rd of the month.
I’ll turn-in our grocery lists prior to the 3rd.
We have around at least $50$ dollars or more  worth of groceries we will be needing from you on that week.
For now we’re ok with groceries- but WILL be needing quite a bit of groceries from you by the 1st week of April.  Save you gas & Time.

We are new to the Phinney Ridge neighborhood and to Smith Brothers Farms. Thank you for your hard work and keeping us supplied with wonderful products. We moved here as my husband is getting a bone marrow transplant at SCCA, so getting food safely delivered is very important for us- thank you for your help! Take care and stay safe. Joan

Hey Austin! You're SUCH a ROCKSTAR! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and for being so quiet when you deliver bright and early at our house. We have two pups who NEVER CEASE to bark like mad the moment someone comes to the door and SOMEHOW with your MILKMAN NINJA SKILLS you manage to sneak in, drop off our BELOVED Smith Brothers Farms delicious sustenance and never wake the pups! Except maybe that one time I fell asleep on the couch watching a boring Jean Claude Van Damme movie around 2:00 am and your visit woke me up sufficiently so I could go to bed for another couple hours and sleep. I just wanted to thank you myself. I'm the mum who moved next door to the Runchels. You keep us happy! I agree with the Banks family about how you stack our deliveries. Like other people I'm amazed at how quiet you are, how you brave difficult weather and difficult road conditions.
