Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk, adjust amount as needed for desired consistency
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1-2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup, to taste
- Ice cubes, as needed, for smoothie thickness & a hydration boost
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and top off with ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk a little at a time until you reach your desired thickness.
Once the smoothie is smooth and creamy, taste and adjust the sweetness or thickness if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
