The "Bake-at-Home" sourdough bread came fully baked... you are simply re-heating it.  And then, the crust is really hard... difficult to bite through, and the flavor was so-so.  I guess I was expecting to have fresh baked-at-home punch sour dough bread.  Disappointed.

No garlic taste

The description is contrary to what you receive. There's no garlic on it; there's something on it, but it adds no taste. The average bread at the store is better tasting. It's simply not that good.

Great wild yeast bread

For those of us who can not tolerate yeast, this bread is a welcome treat. Yes, it is denser than sourdough bread most people are accustomed to with added yeast but if you take care to not over bake, it is delicious as a side to your meal. Also, in response to the other reviewer, regular sourdough typically doesn’t have garlic unless it says it was added on the label. Also, the vacuum packaging gives this product a long shelf life so you can keep on hand and use as needed Thanks for carrying this!

This cooks up fast, has wonderful mild sourdough taste, and it’s long shelf life makes it uber convenient!
