We crisped these up a bit in pan with oil and then added stir-fried veggies, salt, pepper, 3 eggs, about 1/2 cup chicken broth, and a Tbsp of Gochujang sauce. It was SO good. The noodles are an amazing texture and flavor.

Outstanding noodles

This is the first time my attempt at a yakisoba recipe was successful.  The noodles crisped beautifully, had great consistency and were very tasty with my very simple improvised sauce and leftover veggies. I will be a steady customer for this product.

These noodles are so good!  I followed the directions on the wrapper and added tofu, vegetables and homemade yakisoba sauce. (There are lots of easy recipes on the internet for yakisoba sauce).  I loved how the noodles crisped up when you cook them.

No regrets!

Pan fried per directions. Wonderfully crispy, fresh, with nice flavor. I could  eat these as a snack by themselves. I added Himalayan salt & fresh ground pepper once crispy. I prefer to serve the Yakisoba separately with stir fried veggies & coconut curry sauce. Therefore, the Yakisoba stays crispy, otherwise, the sauce converts them to a soft noodle.
