Didn't care much for it. I guess if you deep fry them top with whipped cream and drizzle with Carmel sauce, it would probably taste better.  Boiling them, not so much.

Wonderful flavor, not overwhelming, great balance. Soft boiling them worked just fine. Went great with alfredo sauce. Loved it so much ordered some to put in the freezer to enjoy later in the winter. <3

These were liked by everyone in the house, but not loved.   My 3 year olds liked them!  I thought they were a bit too sweet. Worth a try, but probably won’t get again though.

At first look it's a basic pumpkin seasonal item, then you add the cream sauce and it's yum. Or take it even further and do a little brown butter and sage sauce, toss in some toasted pecans and MONEY!  ENJOY!

These were surprisingly (I'll admit) delicious! I folded them in with sautéed chicken sausage, onions and peppers - and topped it with a combination a blush sauce (mixed marinara with Alfredo).

Definitely worth the seasonal taste!

As the 1-star rating said, it is like pumpkin pie in fresh pasta, with a strong nutmeg and pumpkin flavor. Delicious if you like those flavors. I ate it plain to enjoy the freshness of the pasta and the pumpkin. Certainly seems that it would go well with melted butter or a cream sauce. I wish they would stamp an expiration on it but the site says 25 days.

I made these according to the recipe on the SmithBro site, it was a big hit! Amazing flavor and not overly pumpkin in flavor, just right. It was such an easy recipe to do, very quick!
