Made with fresh cow’s milk from neighboring Marin County dairies, Marin French Cheese’s single crème Brie combines beautifully with La Boulangerie de San Francisco’s renowned pastry dough. The 9.4-ounce baked Brie en croute is pre-cooked, flow-wrapped, safely sealing the product, and then placed in a pastry shop-style box.
