Ethiopian-grown coffee with crisp notes of bergamot, apricot, and vanilla.

The coffee for Camber’s Ethiopia Chelbesa is grown at an incredibly high elevation of 2,000 meters above sea level, which explains its crisp flavors of bergamot, apricot, and vanilla. It's processed at the Negusse Debela mill, located in the Gedeo region of Ethiopia. This lot is fully washed and dried on raised beds for 20 days, which contributes to its bright and balanced presence in the cup. The Negusse Debela mill is supplied by hundreds of smallholder farmers, many of whom grow their coffee in forest settings where the coffee grows naturally among native trees.

Camber was founded in 2015 by three Bellingham coffee professionals who are passionate about finding exceptionally sweet, complex, and balanced coffees. The name Camber was inspired by the unique roast curve that unlocks all of the potential that each coffee has to offer. They work directly with highly-skilled, quality-obsessed coffee farmers around the world.

In 2017, Camber opened their flagship cafe, which was named Best Coffeehouse in Bellingham by the Cascadia Weekly. They've also been named Best Coffee in Washington by Food & Wine Magazine, and included in Thrillist's Top 21 US Roasters and Gear Patrol's Top 25 US Roasters.
